WEEK 7/8- Including SHOW WEEK!

The final week build up!

On the final week build up I was put in charge of working with the Stylist as I had told my designer I was really interested in styling.

I laid out the accessories and shoes ready to try on a model.

I spent 2 days just with the Stylist and the Main designer, Eudon Choi. I was interested as to how the stylist puts together the different garments. There were 4 rails of different garments to style. After a few hours I got the hang of it and got really into it.

Here are some of the models during castings trying on the garments we had styled from the previous day.

How the styling and castings worked was... we used 1 model to try on load of garments to style on her to get the looks right before castings. I then worked with the stylists to arrange the looks into a running order. The order kind of worked out to be in terms of colour and print.

We then used these images and number order to try the looks on models in castings to see who fit the clothes the best and who walked and looked the best. I then replaced the new models face int the order on the board and took notes on styling e.g does earrings etc.

Show Day!!!!!

I dressed 2 models in 2 different outfits. It was a crazy changeover with lots of hands needed. the atmosphere backstage was exhilarating. A lot of adrenaline.

I also helped choose nail colour and eye makeup line colour for the models.

Eudon, after the show, praising everyone for all their hard work.
